The exclusive certification of Circularity that allows you to measure the circularity of your company, in accordance with the guidelines of the English legislation BS8001: 2017 . The tool was created to provide a process-level measurement of business performance and allows:
- ottenere un indicatore specifico che attesti l’impegno della propria azienda nell’integrare l’economia circolare nel proprio modello di business;
- identificare le aree di miglioramento e le condizioni per la transizione verso l’economia circolare;
- aumentare la propria reputazione aziendale e comunicare le proprie potenzialità in chiave oggettiva a soggetti esterni, quali enti di finanziamento, investitori, partners;
- obtain a specific indicator that certifies your company’s commitment to integrating the circular economy into its business model;
- identify areas for improvement and the conditions for the transition to the circular economy;
- increase one’s corporate reputation and communicate one’s potential in an objective key to external subjects, such as financing institutions, investors, partners;
Il protocollo genera un report finale, strumento idoneo ad essere integrato con l’analisi del contesto ai sensi della ISO 14001:2015 o all’interno di un eventuale Report di Sostenibilità. Per rafforzare l’immagine dell’impresa si potrà richiedere la Dichiarazione di Assessment rilasciata da un ente di parte terza indipendente.
The protocol generates a final report , a suitable tool to be integrated with the context analysis pursuant to ISO 14001: 2015 or within any Sustainability Report. To strengthen the image of the company, the Assessment Declaration issued by an independent third party body can be requested.

RINA ha realizzato in esclusiva per Circularity il protocollo “Materials Under Control” con l’obiettivo di promuovere una politica “plastic under control” e “paper less” nelle imprese e indirizzarle in modo pratico ed efficiente verso la sostenibilità.
RINA has created the “Materials Under Control” protocol exclusively for Circularity with the aim of promoting a “plastic under control” and “paper less” policy in companies and directing them in a practical and efficient way towards sustainability.
Il Materials Under Control si pone l’obiettivo di colmare l’assenza normativa e di supportare le imprese nell’adozione di un protocollo certificabile e mirato alla gestione virtuosa dei materiali, azzerando così il rischio di dispersione nell’ambiente e generazione rifiuti.
Circularity supporta le aziende lungo 4 fasi strategico-operative per mappare e sostituire i prodotti monouso in azienda, sensibilizzare la popolazione aziendale e comunicare l’impegno a dipendenti e stakeholder. Le azioni intraprese vengono poi validate da Rina e le aziende conformi al protocollo ottengono la certificazione “Materials Under Control”.
Un’azienda certificata è quella che fa un uso consapevole e controllato della plastica e della carta (senza dispersione o sprechi) , preferendo materiali sostenibili, che abbia adottato specifiche azioni risultate efficaci nella riduzione graduale e continua di tali materiali nonché nella gestione (recupero e corretto smaltimento) delle frazioni residue.
The Materials Under Control aims to fill the absence of legislation and to support companies in adopting a certifiable protocol aimed at virtuous management of materials, thus eliminating the risk of dispersion into the environment and waste generation.
Circularity supports companies along 4 strategic-operational phases to map and replace single-use products in the company, raise awareness among the company population and communicate the commitment to employees and stakeholders. The actions taken are then validated by Rina and companies compliant with the protocol obtain the “Materials Under Control” certification.
A certified company is one that makes conscious use and controlled by plastic and paper (without dispersion or waste) , preferring sustainable materials , which has adopted specific actions proved effective in the gradual and continuous reduction of such materials as well as in the management (recovery and correct disposal) of the residual fractions.
