MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct circularity assessments at product, process, and organizational levels.
• Support the definition of strategies, roadmaps, and improvement plans toward circular economy models.
• Draft technical reports, feasibility studies, and assessment documents based on quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate circularity principles into ongoing projects.

• Contribute to the development of Circularity’s industrial symbiosis platform and support client companies in identifying optimal solutions for their waste streams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in engineering or technical-scientific fields related to the circular economy.
• Good technical knowledge of special waste, by-products, and End-of-Waste regulations.
• 1–2 years of experience in the green economy sector.
• Ability to operate in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
• Strong motivation toward topics such as Climate Change, Circular Economy, and ESG-oriented Supply Chain Management.
• Project management skills and strong organizational autonomy.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong attention to detail and excellent ability to transform data, analyses, and technical content into clear, elegant visuals aligned with our brand identity.

The selected candidate will contribute to the development of sustainability reports, technical studies, presentations, and graphic materials that support companies, institutions, and stakeholders in their transition toward a circular economy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and update graphic proposals for clients, using project-tracking tools to manage tasks and ensure timely delivery and smooth communication with colleagues.
• Create clear and coherent data visualizations (charts, infographics, conceptual maps).
• Present complex reports in a clear and structured way, adapting communication to audiences with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Develop communication campaigns consistent with clients’ brand identity, managing layouts, color palettes, visual hierarchies, and overall brand coherence.
• Monitor trends and tools in the visual, graphic, and illustration fields, staying up to date with developments in the Italian and European markets and sharing relevant insights with the team.
• Support the standardization of processes, tools, and templates, contributing to improved internal efficiency and deliverable quality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or equivalent role (also gained through internships or significant projects).
• Excellent command of layout and graphic design tools (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Skills in infographic creation and data visualization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, chemistry, sustainability, or related fields.
• Experience in LCA, carbon footprinting, or quantitative environmental analysis.
• Knowledge of major greenhouse gas emission standards (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, ISO 14067).
• Familiarity with LCA software (e.g., SimaPro, GaBi, OpenLCA).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting directly to the Head of ESG & Strategy, the main responsibilities include:

• Coordinating project teams and actively supporting the management of client relationships.
• Drafting Sustainability Reports and Integrated Reports in line with CSRD requirements.
• Defining and implementing sustainability strategies for client companies, aligned with international sustainability principles and frameworks (TCFD, SASB, EFRAG, etc.).
• Drafting Sustainability Strategic Plans for clients and supporting the implementation of ESG initiatives emerging from these plans, in coordination with the technical and sales teams at Circularity.
• Completing questionnaires and engaging with major ESG rating agencies (S&P Global, CDP, Bloomberg, Vigeo Eiris, etc.).
• Analyzing key stakeholders and defining engagement strategies.
• Managing the execution of assigned projects, ensuring the quality of deliverables, adherence to timelines, alignment with reference standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting clients throughout all project phases, proposing solutions aligned with their needs.
• Monitoring project team performance and assessing results to ensure continuous achievement of business objectives, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating, supervising, and/or drafting proposals and contracts for prospective clients in collaboration with the technical and sales teams.
• Periodically monitoring the market, its evolution, and competitor activities.
