Circular Economy Workshop Series – Workshop 1: Rethinking Business through the Circular Economy
About this event
Are you interested in reducing costs, increasing revenue and building your client market and relationship all whilst minimising your environmental impact?
We are pleased to invite you to attend this workshop on the Circular Economy.
‘Rethinking business through the Circular Economy’ aims to help you understand how circular economy principles could be applied to your business. The workshop will explore what the circular economy means, demonstrate how it can be implemented in practice and break down how it can be used to solve common business challenges. We will showcase successful examples as well as the support available to help your business.
Our ultimate aim is to support and strengthen SMEs in the region to become sustainable. We want to create a more permanent and dynamic platform where businesses can share knowledge, experience, and innovative solutions. This first workshop is part of a wider series and will build on the information shared at the Waste Management event held by the Leeds City Region’s Supply Chain Programme in March. Do not worry if you were not able to attend as we will revisit some of the basics.
This workshop is delivered as part of the Resource Efficient Business programme. The project is part-funded by the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. which is partly funded by ERDF.
