The context
The company understood that ensuring long term business continuity required more than technical excellence: it called for an integrated sustainability strategy.
The need was to create an unbreakable bond between the efficiency of production processes and responsibility toward the environment and the local community.
The objectives
Build a three year ESG roadmap and formalize the company's commitment through a structured sustainability report.
Circularity's intervention
We supported Bordignon in creating an internal "sustainability engine":
Gap Analysis and Benchmarking: We analyzed Bordignon's positioning compared to competitors and market trends, identifying room for improvement in managing environmental impacts and governance.
ESG Roadmap Design: Together with the management we defined a concrete action plan, setting goals for decarbonization, material optimization and the enhancement of human resources.
