Cofemo has chosen to embark on this journey by adopting a scientific approach to measure and mitigate its climate impacts.

Defining a multi-year decarbonization roadmap based on certifiable data, aligning with international carbon management standards.
Circularity's intervention
We guided Cofemo through an in-depth analysis to build a resilient climate strategy:
ISO 14064 Reporting: We carried out a complete measurement of the company's Carbon Footprint for Scopes 1, 2 and 3, analyzing emission flows related to energy consumption and the supply chain.
Identification of "Critical Areas": We mapped the processes with the highest carbon intensity, identifying specific levers for efficiency improvements and material substitution.
Climate Roadmap Planning: We developed an operational plan with defined time targets, integrating the decarbonization strategy into the company's industrial planning.
