Active since 1994, it stands out for its ability to engineer advanced protective materials.
The context
Managing industrial packaging means constantly dealing with the issue of waste and end-of-life materials.
Innepla wanted to turn this challenge into an opportunity for efficiency, tracking its material flows to maximize recovery and reduce the associated environmental footprint.
The objectives
Optimize the material cycle and quantify the environmental benefits resulting from a circular management of production residues.

We implemented an operating model based on flow analysis and industrial symbiosis:
