Carbon Footprint Measurement (ISO 14064): We analyzed the carbon footprint for the years 2019 to 2023, accurately mapping Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions to identify the highest-impact areas.
Definition of the ESG Strategic Plan: We translated environmental and social data into concrete sustainable development goals, defining an investment roadmap for technology and corporate welfare.
Sustainability Report Drafting: We managed the reporting of the company's performance, harmonizing data across the various production sites to provide a transparent picture to stakeholders.
