The context
Logistics is the connecting link of every sustainable supply chain.
Travaglini Group has decided to enhance its strategic role by undertaking a transparent reporting journey, aimed at integrating ESG criteria into its business model and communicating the value generated for the territory and for its partners.
The objectives
Structuring a three-year Strategic Plan and publishing the Sustainability Report to guide the transition toward a lower-impact logistics system.
Circularity's intervention
We supported the Group in building a responsible and measurable identity:
Logistics Materiality Analysis: We mapped the topics relevant to the sector, such as the management of transport emissions, packaging eco-design, and road safety.
ESG Audit and Data Collection: We implemented a system to monitor environmental and social performance across all business units, validating the KPIs needed for reporting.
Drafting and Strategic Reporting: We oversaw the writing of the Sustainability Report, highlighting technological progress and the commitment to achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
