Camplus
It is the leading housing network for university students in Italy.
With a vision that goes beyond simple hospitality, it manages over 10,000 beds in 15 Italian cities and in Spain, creating true ecosystems where the residential dimension blends with the educational and relational one.
The context
With such a widespread presence and a direct impact on the lives of thousands of young people, Camplus felt the need to systematize its ethical and environmental commitment.
The goal was to transform the company's founding values into a management model based on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria, ensuring transparency to stakeholders through solid reporting.
The objectives
Defining a three-year strategic roadmap and publishing the first Sustainability Report to communicate in a structured way the value generated for the territory and for people.
Circularity's contribution
We guided Camplus through a path of organizational evolution in three key phases:
Materiality Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement: We identified the critical topics for the business and for stakeholders (students, universities, institutions), defining the priorities on which to build the entire framework of corporate sustainability.
Definition of the ESG Strategic Plan: We translated Camplus's vision into measurable operational objectives, establishing specific KPIs to monitor environmental performance (energy efficiency of facilities) and social performance (educational impact and inclusion).
Drafting and Reporting (GRI Standards): We oversaw data collection and the writing of the Sustainability Report, turning technical complexity into an accessible report capable of narrating the brand's responsible identity.
The results
-
Full ESG integration: Sustainability is now a decision-making driver embedded in the business plan.
-
Rating enhancement: Greater transparency and strength in the dialogue with financial and institutional partners.
-
2030 Roadmap: A concrete and measurable contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
