The context
Driven by growing market demands, Raviplast needed a structured estimate of the greenhouse gas emissions linked to its activities, in order to support clear and transparent environmental communication with customers and other stakeholders.
The company was looking for a scientific method to identify relevant emission sources and guide strategic decisions toward reducing climate-altering emissions.

We applied the international Green House Gas Protocol methodology, developing a path structured around two main phases:
The study provided an analytical view of the production process from an emissions perspective, making it possible to identify which emission sources were truly relevant and which were negligible, guiding company decisions with a scientific approach.
The results
The company gained the ability to identify relevant emission sources and define a concrete emissions reduction plan, transparently communicating its commitment to sustainability.
