TR Industrial
A solid Italian engineering company with over thirty years of experience in supplying technical components in plastic and metal.
The company stands out for its execution precision and its ability to respond to the challenges of a constantly evolving industrial market.
The context
Aware that competitiveness today is also measured through ethical and environmental impact, TR Industrial decided to embark on a path of radical transparency.
The need was threefold: to report ESG performance, certify its commitment to social equity, and map its carbon footprint in order to align with the new European standards.
The objectives
Systematize the corporate sustainability strategy and obtain UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality.
Circularity's contribution
We supported the company in a transformation process that integrated social and environmental dimensions:
Materiality Analysis and ESG Assessment: We identified the critical issues for the business and its stakeholders, laying the foundations for reporting compliant with GRI and ESRS standards.
Gender Equality Certification Path: We conducted an internal audit of HR processes and corporate culture, supporting the implementation of inclusive and welfare policies to achieve UNI/PdR 125.
Carbon Footprint Reporting: We quantified Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, providing an accurate picture of climate impacts and identifying levers for the circular management of materials and production residues.
The results
-
Compliance and Transparency: A Sustainability Report ready for the market and financial stakeholders.
-
Social Leadership: Official recognition of equity and inclusion as corporate assets.
-
Active Climate Strategy: A clear view of environmental impacts to guide future investments in efficiency.
